When is the check-in and Check-out time

The earliest check-in time is at 3PM Fairbanks local time, and the latest check-out time is 11:00 AM. We have implemented Contactless Check-In for your convenience. Upon completing the online check-in form, which will be sent to your email, you will receive detailed room instructions to ensure a seamless and safe arrival experience. That being said, self check in is available for mid-night check in, you will be able to find instruction from the front desk upon arrival in case the online check-in form is not completed ahead of time.

Is there a restaurant on site

While there is no restaurant on site, we provide a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker for your convenience. We recommend exploring the diverse dining options within the downtown area for a delightful culinary experience.

Do I have to rent a SUV if I choose to rent a car for transportation

For optimal flexibility and the ability to navigate various terrains, we recommend renting a vehicle with All-Wheel Drive (AWD). Typically, rental cars don't require continuous plug-in to prevent battery freezing, except for extended parking periods. However, should you need it, there's a plug available at the edge of the parking area for your convenience.

is pets allowed at the Villa?

We have a no pet policy that no pet is allowed, except for service dog which each reservation is limited to only one service dog.

While reservations can be made through third-party apps, we highly recommend booking directly on our website. This ensures a seamless experience, as we have limited control over reservations made through third-party platforms, limiting our ability to provide personalized assistance.

  • You can contact us to make any adjustment. Please note that you can only make modification or cancel your reservation before 15 days prior to your check-in date.

  • While we don't have a regular shuttle service, we do facilitate limited transportation options available by appointment. If you wish to arrange transportation, kindly make a scheduled appointment by calling 907-616-1661. Prices are subject to variation (i.e. about $75 for Villa from/to FAI airport), and our team is at your disposal to assist in coordinating your transportation requirements for a tailored and convenient experience.

  • Yes, Uber and Lyft services are accessible. However, it is advised to use these services during daytime hours to mitigate potential delays. For the safest and most reliable transportation, we recommend scheduling a taxi in advance. Please plan accordingly for a seamless and secure travel experience.

  • While we cannot guarantee the appearance of the Aurora, our location boasts minimal light pollution, significantly increasing the chances of witnessing this mesmerizing natural phenomenon. The occurrence of the Northern Lights is influenced by activity and weather conditions, and we recommend staying informed about the weather forecasting for an enhanced viewing experience.

  • With an average of about 16.3 °C / 61.3 °F, July is the warmest month. January is the coldest month, with temperatures averaging -23.1 °C / -9.6 °F. We highly recommend you to visit our website for temperature checking or do a general research before your trip.

  • Please notes that we have a 10pm light out policy that every guests must either keep their room dark or close to curtains for reducing light pollution.
