Aurora Villa Policy / House Rules

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at the Aurora Villa.

We strive to provide you with an exceptionally clean, safe and friendly hotel experience.

As our hotel guests, by reading and signing this policy form at check-in, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for yourself and your guests abiding by all our hotel policies and procedures.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  1. Aurora Villa is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.

  2. Any cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the check-in date to avoid a full room charge for each room reserved.

  3. If you cancel any reservation, you must obtain and save your cancellation records.-In case of a no-show, you will be charged in full for the room.-In the event of a debit or credit card information error, invalid credit/debit card, or insufficient account balance, you are responsible for the room charge.-We recommend that you carefully read the Aurora Villa's cancellation, pre-payment, and terms of no show before confirming your booking.

  4. Please note: These policies apply to reservations made through Aurora Villa directly or third party agency. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their additional policies and for assistance.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING POLICIES

TRANSPORTATION

The Aurora Villa does not provide shuttle service. However, you may contact our staff to assist you with booking a Taxi or other drivers who cooperate with us. Guests should make reservations two(2) or three (3) days in advance.

We strongly recommend you rent a Four Wheel or an AWD (All Wheel Drive) vehicle to the Aurora Villa during muddy or snowy road conditions to avoid a towing fee of at least $150 from towing company.

The Aurora Villa is not responsible for any car accident nor damaged / stolen property, regardless of location inside the Aurora Villa building or the parking lot.

CHILDREN

The Aurora Villa allows a child up to 6 years of age to stay for free when sharing a room with one or more paying adult(s), using the existing bedding.

Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults by the Aurora Villa.

As the parents, guardians, or chaperones of children you are personally and legally responsible for and must always supervise them.

For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the hotel property unsupervised.

EXTRA BEDS

No extra bed available at the Aurora Villa.

ROOM OCCUPANCY

The total number of occupants in a room, including children, shall not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted for the respective room types:

Deluxe 2 Queen Beds: up to 4 persons

Deluxe 1 King bed: up to 2 persons (one child under 6 allowed with two adults)

If you have any questions or clarifications regarding the Aurora Villa's Maximum Occupancy Policy, our staff will be happy to explain in detail. Please note that the Aurora Villa reserves the right to refuse entry to any additional guest exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for that room type.

CHECK-IN /CHECK-OUT POLICIES

AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification at check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The Aurora Villa reserves the right to check photo identification.

CHECK-IN /CHECK-OUT TIME

Unless otherwise stated in the specific rate plan terms and conditions, check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is 11 am, failure to checkout on time without approval will result in a $100 fine per 30 minutes.

EARLY CHECK-IN

For early arrival before 3 p.m., it is recommended to pre-book the room one day in advance with a full day charge.

EARLY DEPARTURE

In case of early departure, you will be responsible to pay the full remaining amount (room rate plus 8% tax) of the reservation.

LATE CHECK-OUT

Check out after 11:00 am will be charged an additional a night of room rate.

REVIEWS

Aurora Villa will not accept reviews which include:

Profanity, sexually explicit, hate speech, discriminatory, threats, violence Mention of full names, personal attack towards the staff Promoting illegal activities (e.g. drugs, prostitution)Sites, emails, and addresses, phone numbers, credit card details Politically sensitive comments.

PAYMENT POLICIES

CURRENCY AND TAX

Rates are in United States of America dollars plus 8% Aurora Villa tax fee, unless otherwise stated.

CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORIZATION

If you are using your credit card to guarantee your room reservation, the Aurora Villa may hold a full amount on your credit card prior to arrival. For non-refundable bookings, pre-payment will be charged to your card prior to your arrival.

INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT

A credit card security deposit of $100 per night per room will be required at check-in for incidental charges. In the case of cancellation or modifications to reservations made through sources other than directly with the Aurora Villa or the Aurora Villa website, the Aurora Villa recommends that guests first contact their source of booking for assistance before approaching Aurora Villa staff.

REFUNDS

If Aurora Villa agree to refund depending on policy and situation, please allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed and credit back to your credit card.

GENERAL POLICIES

BREAKFAST

The breakfast provided during the stay at the Aurora Villa is classified as a light or simple offering. The breakfast is subject to change without prior notice. The Aurora Villa does not guarantee an extensive breakfast spread and reserves the right to modify or substitute items in the menu based on factors such as seasonal availability, supplier changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

ROOM SERVICE

Room service is only available upon advance request. Guests are required to notify the hotel staff of their intention to avail of room service ahead of time. Guests can place a room service request by contacting the front desk or using the designated communication channels provided at the front desk. It is essential to specify the desired items and preferred timing during the request. While every effort will be made to provide prompt room service, the hotel cannot guarantee immediate fulfillment of requests. Guests are encouraged to place their requests with sufficient lead time. It is the responsibility of guests to adhere to this room service policy. Failure to comply with the policy may result in delays or the unavailability of room service.

DAMAGE TO AURORA VILLA PROPERTY

The Aurora Villa reserves the right to charge you and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of you to the Aurora Villa's property or structure

DAMAGE TO MATTRESSES AND BEDDING

Damage to mattresses and linen including towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.

LIABILITY

Guests acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with their stay at the Aurora Villa. This includes but is not limited to accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings, regardless of the cause. The Aurora Villa assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries that may occur on the premises during the guest's stay. Guests are advised to exercise caution and adhere to safety guidelines provided by the hotel. 

While reasonable measures to ensure the security of its premises is prioritized, including the installation of security systems and adherence to safety protocols, the hotel does not guarantee the prevention of accidents, injuries, or unlawful activities.

It is the responsibility of guests to take appropriate precautions for their well-being, including securing personal belongings, using designated safety features, and being aware of their surroundings.

QUIET TIME

10:00pm – 8:00am. Please be respectful of our other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum and avoid all excessive commotion.

LOST & FOUND POLICY

Aurora Villa assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. However, any item, except for perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in,and kept in a secure location. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us at 907-616-1661 immediately and we will assist you in locating your lost item.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX

Safe deposit boxes are not available, please carry valuables with you, The Aurora Villa shall not be liable for the loss of money or other personal valuables during your stay.

PARKING

Parking is complimentary for guests during their stay. However, it is essential to note that parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is not guaranteed.

The Aurora Villa assumes no responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss of vehicles or their contents while parked on the hotel premises. Guests park their vehicles at their own risk.

Guests are required to park their vehicles only in designated parking areas. The Aurora Villa is not responsible for any damage incurred due to improper parking or unauthorized use of parking spaces.

The Aurora Villa reserves the right to tow any vehicle parked in violation of hotel policies or in unauthorized areas. Any towing activities will be at the expense of the guest, and the hotel holds no responsibility for costs associated with towing or related damages.

It is the responsibility of guests to ensure that their vehicles are securely parked and that all valuables are removed from plain view.

PETS

The Aurora Villa maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are not permitted in the Aurora Villa premises: Animals of any kind Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials Objects emitting a foul odor Unregistered firearms or other weapons Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of United States of America The Aurora Villa reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items.

VISITORS

Access to the building or property without reservation is restricted to authorized individuals and pre-approved visitors who have completed the Aurora Villa Check-in Form. The completed form must be submitted to our official email 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit. This measure is implemented to prioritize the safety of our guests and colleagues, aligning with our commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL 

All guests, visitors, and equipment user agree to release and hold harmless Aurora Villa, related equipment rental facility, its employees, owners, affiliates, agents, officers, directors, and the equipment manufacturers and distributors and their successors in interest (collectively "PROVIDERS"), from all liability for injury, death, property loss and damage which results from the equipment user's participation in the snow sports for which the equipment is provided, or which is related in any way to the user of equipment, including all liability which results from the NEGLIGENCE of PROVIDERS, or any other person or cause.

HEALTH AND WELL-BEING POLICIES

SMOKING

The Aurora Villa does not allow smoking. Cigarettes, cigars, E-cigarettes, vaping, tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs and any other form of smoking are prohibited in the Aurora Villa .There will be a $250 fee for thorough cleaning services charged to any non-smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.

EXCESSIVE NOISE AND PARTIES

To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Aurora Villa upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the Aurora Villa without refund.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR

Should any action by a guest towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by the Aurora Villa, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to attention, the Aurora Villa reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.

Any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with hotel policies, we the Aurora Villa, reserve all rights to refuse service and to evict without refund.
