When is the check-in and Check-out time
The earliest check-in time is at 3PM Fairbanks local time, and the latest check-out time is 11:00 AM. We have implemented Contactless Check-In for your convenience. Upon completing the online check-in form, which will be sent to your email, you will receive detailed room instructions to ensure a seamless and safe arrival experience. That being said, self check in is available for mid-night check in, you will be able to find instruction from the front desk upon arrival in case the online check-in form is not completed ahead of time.
Is there a restaurant on site
While there is no restaurant on site, we provide a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker for your convenience. We recommend exploring the diverse dining options within the downtown area for a delightful culinary experience.
Do I have to rent a SUV if I choose to rent a car for transportation
For optimal flexibility and the ability to navigate various terrains, we recommend renting a vehicle with All-Wheel Drive (AWD). Typically, rental cars don't require continuous plug-in to prevent battery freezing, except for extended parking periods. However, should you need it, there's a plug available at the edge of the parking area for your convenience.
is pets allowed at the Villa?
We have a no pet policy that no pet is allowed, except for service dog which each reservation is limited to only one service dog.

While we don't have a regular shuttle service, we do facilitate limited transportation options available by appointment. If you wish to arrange transportation, kindly make a scheduled appointment by calling 907-616-1661. Prices are subject to variation (i.e. about $75 for Villa from/to FAI airport), and our team is at your disposal to assist in coordinating your transportation requirements for a tailored and convenient experience.

The occurrence of the Northern Lights is influenced by activity and weather conditions, and we recommend staying informed about the weather forecasting for an enhanced viewing experience.
