Cancellation deadlines are based on Alaska Time.
Total room charges are the sum of the room rates for all nights in your reservation, after any discounts and excluding taxes. Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of this total.
Example: For a November 20 check-in, free cancellation ends November 6 at 11:59 PM; the 50% period is November 7–13, and the 100% period begins November 14.
To cancel a direct booking, email auroravilla2019@gmail.com. The time we receive your email determines the cancellation period.
Unused nights after early departure are non-refundable. Management may consider documented emergencies, but exceptions are not guaranteed.
Refunds owed under this policy will be initiated to the original payment method within 14 business days after the refund becomes due. Bank processing times may vary.
Third-party bookings follow the cancellation terms accepted at booking. Please contact your booking provider for changes or cancellations.
Aurora Villa Policies & House Rules
Thank you for choosing to stay at Aurora Villa.
We strive to provide a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming experience for all our guests.
Guests are expected to review and comply with these policies, the terms applicable to their reservations, and the Guest Agreement provided at check-in. Guests are also responsible for ensuring that members of their party follow the applicable house rules.
Planning a Winter Visit?
Fairbanks roads can be snowy or icy in winter. We strongly recommend renting an AWD or 4WD vehicle for your stay. Aurora Villa does not provide shuttle service.
Rates & Security Hold
Room rates are in U.S. dollars, plus an 8% local room tax, unless otherwise stated. Your booking confirmation shows payment details.
A temporary credit card pre-authorization is required at check-in:
Deluxe King / Deluxe Two Queens: $200.00 USD
V Lodge: $400.00 USD
This is a temporary hold, not a charge. Any unused hold is released after check-out; bank processing times vary.
During your Stay
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in begins after 3:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requires advance approval and is subject to availability.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. Please observe the occupancy limit shown in your reservation.
Breakfast & Housekeeping
A complimentary light breakfast is offered to registered overnight guests.
Housekeeping and linen changes during your stay may be arranged upon advance request, subject to staff availability.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Thank you for helping everyone enjoy a peaceful stay.
House Rules & Safety
Smoke-Free Property
Smoking, vaping and cannabis use are not permitted inside buildings or within 25 feet of them. A $250 cleaning fee may apply if additional cleaning is required.
Pets & Service Animals
Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted, except where required by law. Trained service animals are welcome. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their animals.
Damage & Cleaning
Normal wear and tear is not charged. Reasonable, documented charges may apply for property damage, missing items or excessive cleaning. We will provide an explanation and supporting documentation for any charge.
Parking & Safety
Complimentary parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please keep access routes clear and take care on icy surfaces.
Please respect the comfort and safety of other guests. Parties, excessive noise and seriously disruptive behavior are not permitted.
